A little cooking recipe for organisation of a first fully digital version of UdK's Zukunftstag: 10% mail & 5% Webex to ignite the spark. Then 70% of Medienhaus/ and 15% of BigBlueButton.

And a wonderful, wonderful project event organization group !

Result: More than 130 simulatenous users in 4 parallel conference tracks. An on-line event running non-stop for more than 12 hours. All this consuming less than 50% resources of a couple of local, non-corporate, university-hosted BigBlueButton servers.
